Kyle Zinnel
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Kyle Zinnel is an experienced contracts manager with 13 years of experience in federal acquisition. He has primarily supported the Department of Defense with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements and Other Transaction Agreements. Mr. Zinnel brings a plethora of knowledge in acquisition planning, contract negotiation, contract management, and cost and price analysis.
Prior to joining AMRA, he served as an unlimited warrant contracting officer supporting the United States Special Operations Command and Air Force Strategic Sourcing units. His acquisition career started when he enlisted in the Air Force in 2012 and began working as a contract specialist for the 6th Air Refueling Wing. There he gained experience in the acquisition process, contract administration, and contract negotiation. Following his enlistment, he has supported different organizations as a Contracting Officer focusing on R&D and Services contracts.
Mr. Zinnel has an MBA from Purdue University, a BS in Healthcare Administration from Saint Leo, and is DAWIA Level II certified.
